Free Local Delivery Service

We offer a free local delivery service within the Paisley area.  Items will be delivered to your door at a conveniently arranged time.  Please get in touch if you require further details.

Not loving your new Leopard Lovers purchase?  That is not a problem.  You can return your item to us within 14 days for a refund.  Items can be returned up to 28 days after the purchase date, however this will be for an exchange or credit voucher.  We will refund the price you paid for the item, the refund will NOT include any delivery charges you have paid.  All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase your item.

All items must be returned in the original condition, with tags still on and not marked in any way.

Please note pierced jewellery cannot be returned.

The cost to return your item will unfortunately not be refunded.  It is recommended that you use a recorded service to ensure your item is tracked until it returns to us.

It may be possible for us to pick-up returned items at a collection point, however this decision will be made on an individual basis.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return and refund.

FAULTY GOODS

Where an item is found to be faulty, you have the option of a refund or exchange.  Any faulty items returned after 30 days will be given a replacement/repair.

If there is an issue with your products please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to fix this promptly.
